Order & Shipping

You can place an order by adding the items you want to your shopping cart and proceeding to checkout. There you will be asked to enter your delivery address and payment information.

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to process your request.

Free shipping inside of Germany.

Within Germany we expect 1-2 days. Within the EU 2-5 days. Outside the EU 5-10 days.

As soon as we have handed over your order to DHL, we will send you a shipping confirmation by email.

This message will provide you with all the information you need to track the status of the package.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the goods. The best way to do this is to use your customer account .

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your return. However, please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.

If you would like to change your account information, simply log in to your account and click “Edit Account Information.” You can update your information there.

Yes, we offer repair services under any warranty and guarantee for all watches purchased from us. Please contact our customer service for further information.

The repair time depends on the type of problem. However, we strive to carry out all repairs as quickly as possible.
