Based on this requirement, Favre-Leuba developed a minimalist time display that focuses on the essentials. The important minutes are presented much more simply and precisely, so that any confusion between hours and minutes during the diving process can be eliminated.
As usual, this prominent hand shows the minutes on the dial during a full revolution. The color-highlighted 20-minute scale on the unidirectional rotating bezel is not just a design element, but a safety feature. Anyone who dives for more than 20 minutes must decompress when surfacing.
The current hour is realized by a special and patented mechanism that displays a rotating hour ring on the edge of the dial, which makes one complete revolution in 12 hours.
The central hand of the clock indicates not only the minutes on the dial but also the hours on the rotating ring.
A short, pointed pointer in the middle is only intended to show the diver that the watch has not stopped. So another safety feature.
The distinctive pointer is coated with SuperLuminova. This makes the watch easy to read even at great diving depths.
As a professional diving watch, the Raider Harpoon has a helium valve, which can be opened and closed using a crown on the Raider Harpoon.
A sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on both sides ensures perfect readability. The safety folding clasp of the steel strap is equipped with a practical diving extension.
